The villa "Le Roc Fleuri" is located near the Principality of Monaco in the Cap-d’ail district, bordering on the sea. Taking into account:
its history, it is one of the oldest "house" of Cap d’Ail district which were originally a sea-food hotel-restaurant;
its architecture, it is a typical 1900’s Italian inspired Villa;
its natural environment with an octuagenarian palm-groove an local vegetation luxuriant;
the "Roc Fleuri" becomes a touristic place open to the public during some periods of the year since 1999. It is in this context that this villa is open for cultural functions
At least, in some case, the villa can be rented.
