Introduction

A typical 1900’s Italian inspired Villa, "Le Roc Fleuri" was originally an hotel restaurant which specialised in sea-food and fish dishes. It was known in the 1910’s as the "Hôtel Réserve du Cap-Fleury".

Property of Madame la Marquise BUCCICO in the 1920’s, the villa " Le Roc Fleuri " has belonged to the COTTENOT family since 1921, to a succession of three generations of doctors.

The "Roc Fleuri", its location, its environment, its history and its architecture, becomes a touristic place open to the public during some periods of the year. Moreover, in accordance with Cap d’Ail district council, this villa is open for cultural functions.

At last, its park which holds a pleasant and shaded area around local vegetation and palm-trees has a view on the sea side of Greta Garbo’s villa and "Pointe of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat" and towards the "tête de chien" mountain on Cap d’Ail Sarazine tower.
