During the 1931/32 period, a new phase of construction was begun, under, it seems, the direction of Mister André GODARD (architect and director of French Archeology Institute in Afghanistan then in Persia). This new phase led to the design of the present Villa. Thus, at this period we can observe :

 enlargement of the villa with the creation of an entrance hall (on the west side) and the refitting of the first floor with the creation of a new room and bath room,

 realisation of tile roof in order to suppress water-tightness defect inherent of a roof-terrace,

 creation of the terrace on the south face and a marble staircase to access the park.
