Initially, the villa "Le Roc fleury" is a private place. Nevertheless, according its location, its environment, its history and its architecture, its becomes a touristic place open to the public during some periods of the year and hosts cultural activities which should be segmented in two parts for the year 2012:
* firstly a concert which must be done Sunday, September 2,
* secondly, the exhibition of contemporary art No-Made 2012 which had established his quarters at the villa during the month of September with the highlight being the opening on 8 September. The theme of this this year is not yet defined.
