In accordance with Cap d’Ail district council and local cultural association (such as No-made or L’arboretum de Roure), this villa welcomes since 1999 cultural activities which are usually segmented in two part with:
* a recital of classical music which is given in the framework of events for the release of Cap d’Ail September 3, 1944,
* a contemporary art exhibition, organized by the association No-Made which invests the villa during the month of September. This is an opportunity for the public to meet and to have a direct talk with the artists.
